SESAM 2012 welcomes interest from international and regional sponsors wishing to have exhibition space at the conference in Stavanger, Norway June 14th – June 16th 2012!
In addition to traditional exhibition area space, and extended breaks for networking and product displays, we have added three new forums for the SESAM delegates and sponsors to get to know each other and explore the impressive simulation products: Sponsor Speed Dating, Scientific Industry Workshops, and Stand-Up Simulation
Scientific Industry Workshops
The rooms are currently used as simulation and technical skill training for healthcare students. For the conference, workshop organizers may specify if they need beds in the workshop rooms, or chairs with tables etc.
There are six rooms for workshops. 4 smaller rooms; A161(36 m2), A160 (29 m2), A158 (30 m2), A157 (19 m2) and two larger rooms; U110 (211 m2), U024 (62 m2). There is also a number of smaller group work rooms for 8-10 people each, and larger rooms may be available. Contact the conference organizers with your specific needs (exhibitor@sesam2012.net)
